Teagan... Oh Teagan...

Teagan has really been coming out of her shell lately and it has been so fun to watch her change. Tate has been working out of town quite a bit lately and when he got back it was fun to hear what he had to say about how his girls have changed. Tatum now sings the entire song of Insy Bitty Spider and talks back more than she should :( And Teagan oh Teagan.... She never stops! She is always on the go. She talks and talks and talks, though we know not what she is saying! She also has started to crawl with shoes on her hands. Which is really funny! Oh kids!!! Never a dull moment.

Our Butterfly Fairy

For those of you that don't know, Tatum is the queen of all things "girlie". A few weeks ago we went to Boise's annual Art in the Park and she fell in Love with this pair of butterfly wings. As we put her wings on for the first time in the park it was a sight to be seen.. with an audiance watching Tatum beemed with joy as she was transformed into a Butterfly Fairy! It was one of the sweetest thing I have seen. Since then these wings are quite often worn with almost every outfit or PJs. And when she tries really hard she can even fly (with Mom or Dads help of course) !!!

Happy Birthday Teagan!

I can't tell you where the year has gone... our little Teagie has turned one today! It seems like just yesterday that I was enduring 31 (YES 31) hours of labor which almost ended in a C-Section (luckily she decided she was ready before it came to that!) and saw my BEAUTIFUL, PERFECT Baby girl. Teagan has been an amazing baby. She has the greatest personality and she has the funniest little giggle. I love Teagan for so many different reasons, here are some of my favorite things about her

1. I love how she will sleep in the stroller (honestly THANK YOU Teagan!)
2. I love how she "head butts" you when you play on the floor with her. It is her version of a hug!
3. I love how she forces her head through my legs so she can crawl through while I am doing the dishes or putting on my make up or just standing there.
4. I love how she grunts, straightens her arm and shakes her fists when she is trying to make a point!
5. I love how she snuggles into my shoulder.
6. I love how excited she gets to see her sister.
7. I love her calm and soothing spirit. ( I knew the minute I looked into her eyes the first time that she would be a soothing spirit in our house)
8. I love her baby blues and blonde hair.
9. I love how she finishes Tatums food even when she isn't offered it!
10. I love how she is a thinker and how she is so cemetrical (each hand always has a matching toy ALWAYS)
